    For a child with ADHD its Essential. It should be a must for parents and school for enhancing discipline. For me I am old, it's a start. I am trying. When you see it next to ur bed and have to fill, it tells me how we mentally plan but never get t doing. Frankly if you write a diary it's a visual note of ur plans, if not a stark reminder that times passing. I like it
