3. Listen to soothing calm music like taichi music, bamboo flute etc..
4. Follow legends who have attained these qualities like Dalai Lama and Eckhart Tolle.
5. Learn and deal with negative thoughts rather than avoiding them.
6. Unfollow or unfriend who bring negative vibes to you.
7. Don’t try to convince everyone.
8. Trust your intuition.
