1.Know your why :
At first, you should know why you want to study for 12 hours in a day. Give a concrete answer to these following questions
What will happen if you study for 10 - 12 hours in a day for 3 months?
How will you be benefited?
What major shift would you bring into your life?
What value would you bring to your surroundings?
How will you celebrate once you achieve the goal?
Set a reminder for yourself which would remind you of the goal. It may be as simple as a poster on the wall or on the desktop or on mobile.
This gentle reminder would help you remind you to stay on track.
3.To-do list :
Write your top goals of the day on a piece of paper when you start the day. By writing the To-do list you lay down the path for your own life, This would help you to make most of the time.
People who fail to have To-do list would wander around the distractions that they come across. You would feel a sense of completion when you strike out each task. It also gives you a sense of feeling that your life is under your control.
